Roxana Pacely

Founder and CEO

Even though she is a true Gemini, who you see is who you get; that’s Roxana.

Her mission is to redefine luxury nail care in Arizona, by setting the standard for immaculate artistry, a clean and sanitary environment, and heartfelt hospitality—empowering our guests to feel radiant, confident, and effortlessly pampered, one exceptional service at a time. And you can see that vision all through our beautiful boutique.

Roxana’s favorite things in life are family, cooking, entertaining, and traveling; in that order. She adores her family. Roxana is married, has 3 children, and 3 bonus children. She named our nail boutique after her daughter, NYAH. One thing most people don’t know about Roxana is that she LOVES football. (GO DAWGS)!!

If she can meet her younger self, she would tell her to trust her instincts more. They never lie.

Meeting Elon Musk and having a conversation over dinner is on her bucket list.

Ivette Fellows

Customer Concierge

This spicy Leo keeps us all on our toes! Ivette loves to help our customers; pampering everyone is her specialty. Her self-described goal is to make sure our guests leave happier than how they arrived.

She loves sushi and any great sushi restaurant. One thing people don’t know about Ivette is that she hates spiders with passion.

Other than pampering our customers, she loves going to concerts, loves to read, and socializes with her friends and family.

Ivette loves pop and classic rock music.

If she could give her younger self advice, it would be to not be so hard on herself; nothing is that serious.

As far as meeting and having dinner with a famous person, in her case, that would be Shakira. Ivette loves her 90s music. She’s a true fan.

She and her husband have the cutest crossed-eyed cat named Tommy.

Christina Johnson

This steady Capricorn is also our nerdy nerd. Beautiful and smart!

Christina is a dedicated beauty professional with a passion for nail extensions, builder gel, and makeup. She is always eager to expand her skills and believes in learning something new every day to better serve her clients.

Outside of the studio, Christina enjoys a wide range of Asian and Italian cuisine. A fun fact many people don’t know is that she has a musical background—she participated in concert and marching band throughout elementary and high school, playing both the flute and piccolo. These days, her creativity continues through crocheting handmade stuffed animals in her not-so-free time.

Her favorite music is dance and electronic genres, especially upbeat tracks with a relaxed, feel-good vibe. If she could give advice to her younger self, it would be to stay positive and remain focused on creating her own future.

If given the opportunity to meet a celebrity over dinner, Christina would choose her favorite actor, Johnny Depp. She admires him for both his talent and unique personality.

When she’s not working, she loves spending time with animals—especially her sweet beagle, Lily.

Julia Ratliff

Julia is a passionate Scorpio with an eye for detail and a love for creativity.

Her favorite service to provide is sculpted acrylic nail enhancements, where precision and artistry come together.

When she’s not working, you can usually find her enjoying Korean BBQ—her ultimate comfort food—or vibing to her favorite EDM tracks.

A fun fact most people don’t know about Julia is that her first car was a classic 1970 Mustang, proving that her cool taste started early. She loves making memories at music festivals with her family, blending her love of music with the people she cares about most.

If Julia could give advice to her younger self, she’d say: do your best and trust everything that happens.
If she could have dinner with any celebrity, it would be Tom Hardy—simply because he’s nice to look at.

At home, life is anything but quiet. Julia is surrounded by 3 cats, 3 dogs, her twin boys, and a partridge in a pear tree.

If given the chance to meet a famous figure, Valarie would choose Harrison Ford, while wishing she had the opportunity to meet the late Robin Williams. Her greatest accomplishments, however, are her two beautiful daughters, ages 7 and 12, who inspire her every day.

Katrina Ami

Known for her attention to detail and artistic flair, she brings confidence, precision, and personality to every set she creates. She loves spending quality time with her one-year-old daughter, Nayeli, and her two Shih Tzus, Leo and Bo. A fun fact many don’t know: Katrina studied medical assisting with a focus on phlebotomy, a background that enhances her steady hand and professionalism.

Her advice to her younger self? Slow down and enjoy life a little more. If she could share dinner with anyone, it would be Trixie Mattel — her favorite drag queen — for the laughs, inspiration, and unapologetic authenticity.

Paige O’Leary

If Paige could offer advice to her younger self, it would be to slow down and savor the moment—life moves much faster than you expect. Given the opportunity to meet a famous individual for dinner, she would choose Tim Burton, as she is a huge admirer of his creativity and would love to learn more about his imaginative process.

Paige is married, a proud mom to one son, and the happy owner of three dogs who keep her life full and lively.

If she could offer advice to her younger self, Angelica would say to stop stressing so much—what feels overwhelming now won’t matter later, and she is stronger than she realizes.

If given the opportunity to meet a famous person, Angelica would choose the authors of The Go-Giver, Bob Burg and John David Mann. The book’s message—that true success comes from giving, not just taking—has profoundly influenced her, and she would love to learn from their experiences and gain insights on making a positive impact while pursuing her goals.

She enjoys all the classic American pastimes—Mexican food, concerts, softball, country music, and cheering on her favorite team, Ohio State! While she loves connecting with people, public speaking in front of large crowds isn’t her thing. Cristen’s greatest passion, however, is travel—she has explored 22 countries and continues to seek new adventures.

If she could speak to her younger self, Cristen would advise: don’t settle and always believe in yourself. Two people she would love to meet are Ali Webb, who started her hair career from nothing in a van in San Diego, and Matthew McConaughey, to learn from their experiences and insights on following passion and perseverance.

Tori, one of the many amazing Geminis at NYAH Nail Boutique, is truly a gem. She loves what she does, and her passion shines through in every service she provides.

Dedicated and driven, Tori is always refining her techniques and perfecting her workspace, striving for greatness in all that she does. A fun fact about Tori is that she also models, sings, and even makes her own wax melts—showing that her creativity extends beyond the salon.

Tori has a love for Mexican cuisine and R&B music, which is no secret to anyone who knows her. If she could offer advice to her younger self, she would say to buy a house sooner.

Given the chance to meet a celebrity, Tori would love to bring her miniature schnauzer, Nala, and meet Miley Cyrus. She admires her strength, talent, and beauty.
