Salon Policy
Booking & Confirmation
1
Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, or through the front desk. A valid credit card must be maintained on file for all guests at the time an appointment is reserved. An appointment is considered confirmed once the client has given verbal or written confirmation within 24-48 hours. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to the salon policies.
Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Any cancellation made within 24 hours is required to reschedule within 3 days of the original appointment or is required to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
2
No-Shows
3
A no-show is defined as failing to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice. A client’s first no-show is subject to full payment of the service. A second no-show may result in full prepayment being required for future appointments or suspension or removal of future booking privileges. The salon reserves the right to determine whether an absence constitutes as a no-show based on the circumstances.
Late Arrivals
You appointment is reserved specifically for you. Late arrivals can affect the quality and duration of your service and may impact guests scheduled after you. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened, modified, rescheduled, or denied. The decision will be made at the salon’s discretion based on the service being provided and the day’s schedule. If a service is rescheduled because of a late arrival, the applicable cancellation policy may apply. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment, particularly if you are a new guest or need to complete salon paperwork.
4
Refunds
5
Completed services are nonrefundable. We want every guest to be happy with their experience. If you have a concern, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will review your concern and, when appropriate, may offer a complimentary adjustment or correction at our discretion. Corrections are intended to address the original service and do not constitute admission of fault or liability. Monetary refunds for completed services except where required by applicable law.
Retail products
All retail products are final sale, unless otherwise required by applicable law. We recommend reviewing product ingredients and informing your service provider of any known allergies or sensitivities before purchasing or using a product. If you experience an unexpected reaction to a product, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical attention when necessary.
6
Health & Disclosure
Your safety is our priority. Clients are responsible for accurately completing all required client intake, consent, and disclosure forms and for notifying the salon of any condition that may affect their service. Please disclose relevant allergies, skin sensitivities, product sensitivities, medical conditions, medications or treatments that may affect service, recent cosmetic or medical procedures, skin/hair/nail/scalp conditions, injuries, open wounds, or other circumstances that may reasonably affect the safety or suitability of the service. Clients must notify if their circumstances change between the booking and the appointment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in modification or refusal of service and may increase the risk of an adverse reaction or complication.
7
Right to refuse or modify service
8
We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, discontinue, or modify any service when, in our professional judgement, doing so is necessary to protect the health, safety, comfort, or wellbeing of the client, our team, or other guests. Services may also be refused or modified when necessary to comply with applicable sanitation, licensing, or professional requirements.
Nail services: health & safety
9
For the protection of both the client and our nail professionals, certain nail conditions may prevent or limit services. We may decline or modify a nail service when a guest presents with conditions including, but not limited to:
Open wounds or bleeding
Suspected fungal or bacterial infection
Significant inflammation
Severe swelling
Unexplained discoloration
Open sores
Severe nail damage
Skin conditions affecting the treatment area
Any condition that creates a health or sanitation concern
Our nail professionals do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If a condition appears to require medical evaluation, we may recommend that you consult with an appropriate healthcare professional before receiving a nail service. Clients are responsible for disclosing known nail or skin conditions prior to treatment.
Nail enhancements & Service expectations
10
The longevity and appearance of nail enhancements may vary depending on the client’s natural nails, lifestyle, occupation, at-home product use, and aftercare. We do not guarantee a specific wear time. Guests are responsible for following recommended aftercare instructions. Damage caused by picking, peeling, biting, improper use, excessive exposure to water or chemicals, or failure to follow aftercare instructions may not qualify for a complimentary correction. Please notify your nail professional immediately if you are experiencing significant discomfort, lifting, irritation, or another unexpected issue.
Waxing Services: Skin & Hair Disclosure
11
Waxing removes hair from the root and temporarily affects the skin’s surface. Some temporary redness, sensitivity, or irritation may occur following waxing. Before receiving a waxing service, clients must disclose relevant information regarding their skin and current products or treatments. This includes, but is not limited to:
Retinoids or retinol products
Prescription skin treatments
Recent chemical peels
Exfoliating treatments
Laser treatments
Certain acne medication
Recent sun exposure or sunburn
Open wounds or broken skin
Active rashes or irritation
Skin infections
Known sensitivities or allergies
Certain medications, skincare products, and treatments may increase skin sensitivity and the risk of lifting, irritation, bruising, or other reactions. When appropriate, we may perform a consultation or decline the service for safety reasons.
Waxing: preparation & aftercare
12
Clients are responsible for following pre- and post-waxing care instructions provided by the salon. After waxing, clients should avoid activities or products that may unnecessarily irritate freshly waxed skin, including excessive heat, friction, harsh exfoliation, and other activities recommended against by their service provider. Individual skin reactions may vary and the salon cannot guarantee that irritation, redness, sensitivity, or other temporary reactions will not occur. If you experience a significant or unusual reaction, seek appropriate medical advice.
Head spa services: scalp health & safety
13
Head spa services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. For the safety of our guests and team, we may postpone, modify, or decline a head spa service if the scalp or hair presents a condition that makes treatment inappropriate or unsafe.
This may include:
Open wounds or sores
Active bleeding
Active infection
Contagious conditions
Significant inflammation or irritation
Severe scalp sensitivity
Unexplained scalp lesions or abnormalities
Recent scalp procedures
Conditions requiring medical evaluation
Any circumstance that prevents safe access to the scalp
If necessary, we may recommend that the guest consult an appropriate healthcare professional before receiving treatment.
Head spa: Hair extensions & Protective styles
14
Head spa services require appropriate access to the scalp and may involve water, cleansing, massage, steam, scalp manipulation, and other techniques. Guests with dreadlocks, sewn-in extensions, bonded hair extensions, certain braids, wigs, protective styles, or other installations that prevent safe and appropriate scalp access will either be unable to accommodate or we will require an extra service fee to do so, decided upon by our professional judgement. If you are unsure whether your hairstyle is suitable, pleasure contact us before booking.
Scalp Analysis
15
Certain head spa services may include a scalp analysis using magnifying and imaging technology. Scalp analysis is provided for cosmetic, educational, and wellness purposes only. It is not a medical examination or diagnosis. We do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment. If we observe something that appears to require medical attention, we may recommend that you consult a dermatologist or other qualified healthcare professional.
Pregnancy & Special consideration
16
Guests who are pregnant may be eligible to receive salon services depending on the service and individual circumstances. Because pregnancy and individual health circumstances vary, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before receiving services. Clients are responsible for informing their service provider of any condition or circumstance that may affect their safety or comfort.
Service results & Individual expectations
17
Every client is different. Results may vary based on individual skin, hair, scalp, nail condition, lifestyle, previous treatments, medications, and aftercare. We do not guarantee specific results, longevity, hair growth, skin results, nail wear, or other outcomes. Recommendations provided by our team are intended for cosmetic and service-related purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice.
Photography & Social Media
18
We may photograph portions of your nails, hair, scalp, waxing results, or other completed work for portfolio, educational, marketing, or social media purposes. We will not intentionally photograph your face or other identifying information without appropriate permission. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify your service provider before your service begins. Separate consent may be requested when required for identifiable promotional photography.
Children & Additional Guests
19
We strive to maintain a calm, comfortable, and professional environment. For the safety of all guests, we ask that additional guests be limited in service areas. Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and may only be present when permitted by the salon and appropriate for the environment. Children may not be left unattended while a parent or guardian is receiving a service.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service and require a guest to leave the premise when conduct creates an unsafe environment.
